- Preheat your oven to 170°C/Fan 160°C/gas mark 3.
- Place tray in with the lid on for 35 minutes.
Beef cheeks, rubbed in our Rub-uccino coffee & paprika based rub, smoked over hardwood for 6 hours then finished in beer until they are falling apart. Mixed with our smoked beef chuck, beans & a wide pallette of spices to create a rich, hearty chilli that will have you snoozing the rest of the day away. Served up with marinaded fresh tomatoes & ‘Queso Fresco’ (fresh cheese) as if this dish needed any more flavour!
