Creamed Corn


Sweetcorn cooked slowly in butter, milk & cream with a little secret seasoning, and finished with cheddar & parmesan for a rich, creamy, ribsticking side dish.


Reheating Instructions

  • Empty the corn into a pan, preferably non-stick, and heat over a low heat for around 10 minutes.
  • Stir often & be careful not to let it boil as this will split the sauce.
