- Preheat your oven to 170°C/Fan 160°C/gas mark 3.
- Place chicken on a tray and cover with foil, cook for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil, turn the oven up to 190°C/Fan 180°C/gas mark 4 & cook for a further 10 minutes.
Half a chicken, brined overnight & rubbed in our ‘Stop Clucking Around’ rub. Cooked over fruit woods & finished with a little BBQ sauce to glaze.
