Reheating Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 170°C/Fan 160°C/gas mark 3.
- Place the ribs on a tray and cover with foil, cook for 35 minutes.
- Remove the foil, turn the oven up to 190°C/Fan 180°C/gas mark 4 & cook for a further 10 minutes. Optionally, baste the meat with the Rib Gravy for this last 10 minutes for an extra layer of sweet glaze, or just keep that for dipping things into (try roasties).
